Brewed in collaboration with Radius Coffee.
Double Drip is a bigger version of their little coffee stout with more grain, more alcohol, and of course more coffee.
For this version they partnered with Radius Coffee and used Byron Corrales coffee beans from Matagalpa Nicaragua.
The stout is round and balanced with smooth roasted notes and layers of flavour.
The coffee brings nutty notes of milk chocolate and plum.
They used a different process of introducing the coffee to the beer with the goal of promoting a round coffee character without astringency or bitterness and we are very happy with the result.
