Returns and Refunds
Refunds / Returns / Exchange – All product refunds, returns and exchanges must be processed in-store and are subject to management approval. To initiate a return or refund please call the store 604-731-0617 to speak with a manager or email [email protected]. To exchange or return a product and receive a refund the product must be returned in its original packaging with a receipt. Darby’s Liquor Store will not process an exchange or return or issue a refund without a valid receipt from Darby’s Liquor Store for the product being exchanged, returned or refunded.
Delivery Order Cancelation – All residential delivery orders must be canceled within 10 min of the order being placed to receive a full refund. All orders canceled after 10 min will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. To cancel an order for an event or wedding and receive a full refund, the cancelation must take place 2 weeks prior to the event. Cancellation requests made within 2 weeks of the event may be subject to a restocking fee. Specialty product orders specifically for an event or wedding cannot be canceled or refunded at any point.
