Wild Turkey 81 Proof Bourbon

Soft, with sweet raisins, cinnamon, toffee popcorn and a touch of black pepper.  There’s also rich sweetness in the form of vanilla, honey and caramelised bananas.  Nice and spicy, with clove and nutmeg perking up the honeyed fruit.  Not too sweet and a good, solid punch of spicy fruit.  The soft honey and vanilla notes sit well with the spice.
