Thibaud Capellaro Ze-Ro 2021 Vintage

Using Syrah (80%) and Viognier grapes from 15 years old vines located on the Saint-Joseph appellation in France, you can expect a funky taste giving way to  a light and fun summer wine.

The name of the cuvee means that there is nothing added (zero), it’s 100% natural process.

It’s also a play on words because it’s the opposite of rose (ze-ro -> ro-ze).
