Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah were hand-picked from the finest parcels on their estate.
The grapes were then gently destemmed and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation.
Each block was fermented separately and spent between 8-14 days on the skins to develop deep, rich colour.
Aged for 18 months in 30% new French oak and 70% neutral French oak before being meticulously blended.
Queue 2021 carries forward an open and expansive bouquet full of blueberry, cocoa and violet.
On the palate, rich waves of black pepper and inescapably supple tannins interlace throughout.
The long finish builds gradually with equal measures of strength and elegance.
