Nichol Blanc De Noir Brut

Pale grapefruit pink in colour. Earthy strawberries and cream, a hint of brioche and red apple skin on the clean and bright nose. A light to medium bodied bubble, very dry but softer and creamier than previous vintages with ripe apple skin, honey comb and toast. Unfined and Unfiltered.
