Grape Republic Rosato 2021 Vintage

Grape Republic was founded in 2017 and quickly rose to fame. Known for their unique flare and us eof Japanese grapes, Grape Republic has become one of the biggest names in the Japanese wine scene.

This wine is primarily Steuben (47%) partially skin fermented for 12 hours, partially skin fermented for six days.

Delaware (25%)  is the next largest component, seeing a quick 12 hours on skin before being pressed off.

Niagara (19%) and Rosario Bianco (9%) were fermented whole cluster in amphora before being pressed off.

All the components are then blended and after a short elevage in stainless steel, its bottled.
