Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Aging period is approximately 7 months.
Fermented with wild yeast, unclarified, unfiltered, and no antioxidants added.
The taste is based on the fresh, sweet and sour taste of table grapes, with a freshness like a Japanese pear.
The aftertaste has a salty taste, soft tannins, and a green aftertaste, which tightens the overall balance.
