Gassier Sables D’Azur Rose

An impressive degree of texture and flavour has been coaxed out of the grapes that produce this characteristically pale Provençal rosé. Notes of strawberry, pomegranate, thyme and rose petal persist from the nose to the finish. The saltiness complements the sweetness of fruit on the palate and the length is excellent.
