Brickers Che Guava

Delicious Pink Guava juice was slowly co-fermented with apple juice.

Once finished fermenting they cold steeped a wallop of lemongrass in the cider whilst it was aging on rum and brandy soaked oak chips.

A tropical winter surprise, this cider has incredible citrus, grapefruit and beach holiday aromas along with a lightly sweet and caramel backbone from the oak chips.
