Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

The Barossa Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon begins with pleasant aromas of plum, spice, black currants, leather and a little vanilla. The wine tastes juicy with loads of ripe and rich fruit. Nice spice notes and vanilla also continue along with some licorice. This is just a really good, highly drinkable Cab. It’s got good acidity as well. More spicy fruit and a bit of chocolate linger on the dry, medium-long finish.
