This wine is a blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, and Grenache picked separately at their peak ripeness, sorted, and whole-berry fermented on skins for 18-21 days before being gently pressed.
The wines were aged individually French oak (35% new) for 16 months before final blending and bottling.
