This Traditional Dry is a wild fermented apple cider made from a blend of English bittersweets (Yarlington Mill, Chisel Jersey, Kingston Black and Michelin) and heritage apples foraged from the old trees on Salt Spring Island.
It’s clean, but thoughtful, with gentle tannins and a crisp finish.
