This mouth watering example of a Sauvignon Blanc comes from the sub Geographical Indicator of Okanagan Falls. This just means that all of the wines grapes come from this one area. The nose shows flint, clover, grasses and black licorice. The palate lingers with grapefruit and don’t get us going on the finish…..its long. long and then even longer.
