A blend of barrel fermented Saisons, aged for one year before being combined into a fruiting barrel.
Conditioned for two months on rhubarb from Black Table Farms in the Fraser Valley.
The base Saisons were brewed with a mixed base of Mecca Grade’s estate-grown pilsner-style barley, malt and undermodified wind malt.
The blend was briefly conditioned on crushed gentian root before packaging, imparting bitterness and mild earthy notes.
