Resurgence is a mixed-grain Saison fermented and aged in a single neutral French oak puncheon.
The wort co-fermented with 200lbs of White Champagne variety peaches from the 2021 season grown in the Similkameen Valley by Snowy Mountain Farm.
These super aromatic peaches and high fruiting rate of 300g/L provide intense fruit character, while the mixed culture ferment contributes dryness and complexity.
