Powell started out brewing an IPA, fermented it as normal. Once fermentation was complete they added three strains of Brettanomyces and let it eat away at the residual sugars for a few months. Once the Brettanomyces completed it’s secondary fermentation they dry-hopped the beer with Amarillo, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops. Then proceeded to can condition the beer for a few extra months until it was ready to drink. IPA with lots of funky barnyard character, aromas and flavours of stone fruit, tropical fruit, and a bit of citrus.
