Nals Margreid Stein Sauvignon Blanc

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc wine comes from vines situated in Nalles, with a climate characterised by warm days and cool nights.

The grapes are harvested by hand, then the clarified must is fermented for around three weeks in stainless steel tanks, then aged on the lees for 5 months before being bottled.

Upon first pour you will get a Light straw yellow with greenish hues and good depth of colour, on the nose you can expect predominant notes of aromatic herbs and citrus, with chinotto, lychee and elderflower.

Moving on you will experience a full-bodied palate, with beautiful crispness and tanginess, and supporting acidity that caresses the mouth.
