This 100% Berg Pinot Bianco is grown on their highest vineyard, with a climate that is characterised by mild summers and cool autumns that allows a longer period of growth and a late harvest in mid-October.
The grapes are harvested by hand, then the clarified must is fermented for around three weeks in stainless steel tanks, then aged on the lees for 5 months before being bottled.
Upon first pour you will get a Straw yellow with greenish-yellows hues and good depth of colour, on the nose you will notice a clean and linear nose with aromas of Golden Delicious apples and undertones of freshly cut grass.
Moving on, you will find a fresh, flavourful and crisp palate, with a persistent almond finish.
