Though the 2018 had not yet been reviewed at time of publication, Jim Gordon of Wine Enthusiast awarded the 2017 vintage a rating of 91 points, citing ‘… extravagant aromas of mulled fruit and baking spice … [with] ripe black-fruit flavors that are framed by soft tannins that seem to melt in the mouth’ (March 1, 2020). A great wine for steak.
