Dageraad Negen Biere De Coupage 750ml

Brewed for Dageraads’ 9th anniversary!

Negen is a biere de coupage, a blend of fresh & aged beers.

First they brewed a saison and fermented it for 8 months with a mixed culture of yeast, brettanomyces and bacteria.

They then blended the aged beer with a freshly brewed saison, and dry-hopped the blend with Slovenian hops before bottling.

The result is a tart and very dry, but also fresh and hoppy beer.
