Dageraad 8* - Belgian Brune

Rich malt and stone fruit flavours and a surprisingly crisp finish make 8* a complex and compelling brew.

On the nose you will be greeted by aromas of plum and clove, produced by a special yeast from West Flanders.

This is followed by the flavour of date sugar and English crystal malt and capped by a brisk, lightly tart finish, the result of a brief lactic fermentation.

Contains Yeast sediment in the bottle, pour with care.
