A near full-bodied Junmai that features Goriki, a Sake rice used exclusively by brewers in Tottori Prefecture. Notable key characteristics of the Goriki include subtle sweetness and a crispness to the Sake’s tail. Thanks to a higher rice polishing rate, this sake achieves a balanced acidity and umami, complementing Goriki’s sharp dryness at its best. It can be served chilled, but by warming it up enhances its elements to the optimal taste and experience.
