This mouth puckering cider was created using fresh pressed BC apples, wild fermented with the natural yeast on the skins o f 200lbs of Sunshine Coast golden plums.
Once fermented, dry BC cranberry and rhubarb juice we added and the cider was aged on oak chips for 2 months for body.
Pouring an amazing pink hue, this cider has a zingy, acidic personality.
