A collaboration beer between Boombox Brewing and Temporal Artisan Ales, this hazy IPA is fermented with a new hybrid yeast, Pomona (created by escarpmentlabs & lallemandbrewing), that is designed to produce peach, citrus and tropical fruit flavor and aroma.
This beer has a seismic charge of hops including Citra and El Dorado, with a mid-fermentation dry hop of Amarillo to maximize yeast biotransformation.
An additional dry hop of Nelson Sauvin enhances the resonance with notes of gooseberries and white wine grapes.
